Organize and Stage Your Space

Our team will create a safe, inviting and shoppable environment for sale goers. We will identify, research, price and catalogue higher end items as we work to price all items in the home so shoppers can make quick decisions.

Advertise the Sale

We will market items from your sale and advertise the dates for the sale to our E-mail subscribers, regular sale goers and potential new attendees to include social media, print and online ads when appropriate and specific websites geared towards estate sale goers.

Relax it's Over

Once the sale is over, you can relax and bask in the completion of the sale while we reconcile the sales data. About a week after the sale, you will receive a certified check for the sale proceeds .

What Happens After The Sale?

Before the sale starts we will complete the estate sale agreement and we will note your preference for disposition of unsold items from the sale. 

After the sale and for additional fees, that could include transportation to a storage unit, packing a portable onsite storage container or consignment of special items with a local retail store or individually market those items online to reach a wider audience and ideally, with a bit more time, garner a higher price for special unsold items for which you will receive a check once those items are sold.

Selling the home? We even have partnered with a professional cleaning team and local realtors to provide those services if needed.

​Since our goal is always to assist with ensuring your home is empty, Another option is to sell the remaining items to companies that pick up leftover sale items for a bulk price or we can also facilitate the donation of those remaining items to charity. Both are a popular choices for our clients.
